Poké Guru Trading Cards is an online retailer specializing in authentic English and Japanese Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) products, including booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, sealed product, singles, and more. We also host live auctions and pack openings on eBay.
All products are sold as collectibles. We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, images, and conditions of items. However, due to the nature of trading cards, minor variations in centering, surface quality, or print may occur.

- Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Authenticity
- Return eligibility varies by product and sales channel. The return policy displayed on the applicable product listing or marketplace transaction governs the purchase. Opened trading card products and products showing evidence of tampering are generally not eligible for return except where required by law or marketplace policy.
- We only sell authentic product. If you receive a counterfeit item, please contact us immediately with proof for a full refund or replacement.
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues within 7 days.
